This is a FREE icon pack. It features 40 high resolution (720 x 600) weather icons used for large weather displays:
- Tablet weather activity
- Full screen widgets on XHDPI devices like the Galaxy Note
You won't see much of a difference with the sun & clouds; you may notice a little more detail with the moon. The detail is more obvious when it snows or thunderstorms. Nice to have, but not such a big deal on sunny days ;-)
The file size of this pack is 16MB. If we put these together with the main app, the main app would be almost 32MB! So we separated these and made them optional.
HOW TO USE:
just install it - HD Widgets will automatically look for them (you may need to open this apk one time to make the connection).
For the 1-star users:
THERE'S NOTHING FOR YOU TO OPEN OR LOOK AT. IT RUNS IN THE BACKGROUND.
THESE ICONS LOAD AUTOMATICALLY. Really. That's all. Nothing to it.
For everyone else:
When HD Widgets can use a high res image, it checks to see if this package is installed and grabs the resource if available. Otherwise, it will use & scale-up one of the built-in weather icons ( 432 x 360 ).
